Responsibilities
Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients
Leads cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business development, business units, internally to the company's employees, and to our external clients
Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company
Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions
Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) is required
Minimum of 20 + years of related experience
Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Master's degree in engineering or business (MBA)
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
