Responsibilities
Identify new clients and staffing requirements
Source and screen candidates for IT & Non-IT roles
Manage client/vendor relationships
Drive successful closures and meet revenue targets
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in IT/Non-IT staffing sales and recruitment
Strong client and candidate network in the US/CA region
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and job boards (Ceipal, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.)
