Responsibilities

Perform synthetic turf installations including site preparation, base construction, grading, compaction, drainage setup, turf layout, cutting, seaming, infill application, and final grooming
Follow company installation standards, safety protocols, and job specifications
Read and interpret job plans, measurements, and work orders
Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Assist with material loading, unloading, and inventory tracking
Participate in final walkthroughs and address punch list items as needed
Follow all safety, PPE, and jobsite requirements

Required

Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, kneeling, bending, and working outdoors

Commitment to safety and workmanship standards

Preferred

Prior experience in synthetic turf installation, landscaping, construction, or related trades preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Familiarity with base prep, grading, and compaction methods a plus
