Process daily downloads and certificates promptly
Manage printing, scanning, and faxing for the team of account managers
Answer incoming calls, screen diligently, and resolve service tasks
Assist with billing inquiries, claims, audits, and policy changes
Follow up on quotes and late payment notices
Maintain accurate client contact information and agency management system data
Promote EFT or pay-in-full options and educate clients on referral programs
Request Google reviews and enhance client engagement
Qualification
Required
