Responsibilities

Own the CEO’s schedule, ensuring time is allocated strategically
Anticipate CEO needs, prepare detailed agendas, and summarize key takeaways
Monitor and respond to emails with discretion
Book complex domestic and international travel, optimize itineraries
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
Take the lead on special projects and strategic initiatives
Act as a thought partner, bringing solutions to the table
Leverage AI tools to track KPIs and improve efficiency
Identify opportunities to use AI to automate tasks
Become an expert in Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Slack
Analyze current operations and develop scalable systems
Ensure seamless communication between leadership and the broader team
Assist in planning team events and leadership meetings
Help with hiring coordination and executive-level HR projects

Required

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING DIRECTLY FOR A FOUNDER IN A START-UP ENVIRONMENT - AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Individual must have start-up experience
10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask
Strong problem solver—able to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
Tech-savvy & AI-curious—excited to work with AI-powered platforms
Able to work in-person in NYC with flexibility for occasional remote work
A strong communicator—capable of drafting high-quality emails, presentations, and reports
Ambitious and growth-oriented, eager to take on more responsibility over time

Preferred

Experience in proptech, SaaS, or multifamily is a strong plus
