Responsibilities

Lead system architecture and design for new products and technologies, driving end-to-end integration, testing, and validation to ensure robust performance and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and external partners to define requirements, balance trade-offs, and align solutions with user needs and regulatory standards
Develop and optimize product architectures using established protocols while exploring novel technologies to enhance durability, efficiency, and system resilience
Create and maintain product documentation, including comprehensive requirements and risk management plans, ensuring traceability and alignment with industry best practices
Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of system development

Required

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
Oversee end-to-end development of MRI-compatible medical devices, driving innovation from concept through market launch
Minimum 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 8 years of experience with Master's in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent
Define system architecture, lead design strategy, and ensure seamless integration across complex MR environments
Apply deep MRI knowledge to optimize sensor performance, signal acquisition/processing, and interoperability; design and validate DSP algorithms for advanced MR challenges
Champion product safety and regulatory adherence through robust MR shielding, RF heating mitigation, and rigorous design standards
