Program Coordinator for ESL/Sports summer program
Long Island University is seeking a Program Coordinator for their ESL/Sports Summer Program. Assist with the planning and execution of ESL instruction and sports programming
Collaborate on curriculum development and program design
Collaborate with the athletic department to facilitate student-athlete involvement, ensuring sports sessions align with college-level standards and mentorship goals
Support marketing and enrollment efforts, including participating in info sessions or outreach to schools, families, and partners
Recruit, train, and supervise ESL instructors, sports mentors (student-athletes), and program support staff
Oversee daily program logistics and scheduling
Ensure safety protocols and program guidelines are followed
Be on-site and on call when students are on campus
Help to develop and implement department policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
