Responsibilities
Build and maintain analytics-ready data models in Snowflake
Develop and manage ELT transformations that convert raw data into high-quality, reusable datasets
Partner with BI teams to enable consistent, well-governed Power BI reporting
Define and maintain canonical business metrics and logic
Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring
Document data models, metric definitions, and transformation logic
Optimise performance and cost across the analytics layer
Support analytics initiatives across investment, finance, and portfolio reporting use cases
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as an Analytics Engineer, Analytics Developer, or equivalent role
Advanced SQL and strong dimensional and analytics data modeling skills
Hands-on experience working with Snowflake as an analytics warehouse
Experience supporting Power BI through well-structured analytics and semantic layers
Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in financial services, asset management, or complex regulated environments preferred
Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Python experience for analytics workflows or data manipulation
Exposure to portfolio company or multi-entity analytics environments
Experience operating in lean, high-impact data teams
