BridgeUs is an AI-powered, data-driven matchmaking platform for professional networking. They are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to rebuild their MVP into a scalable, production-ready version while collaborating closely with the founder and a small team to launch at a major tech event.

Responsibilities
Rebuild the current MVP into a scalable, production-ready V2 within 25 days
Take full creative and technical ownership, working directly with the founder to shape a product used live by thousands at one of Mexico’s largest tech events
Collaborate in a small, fast-paced team to sprint toward the Tech Week launch
Qualification
Required
You are proficient in Vercel, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, React.js, Python
You have the potential to develop in Machine learning, Full-stack development in AI networking platforms
English - Fully fluent
Proven ability to ship full-stack web apps quickly (provide GitHub or live projects)
Strong fundamentals across frontend and backend development
Passion for startups, AI, and rapid iteration
Based in Monterrey, fluent in English and/or Spanish
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in Agile sprints
Preferred
Familiarity with ML, RAG, or cache optimization is a plus
Experience with machine learning or recommendation systems
Prior startup, hackathon, or AI-project experience
