Responsibilities
Supporting corporate, transactional, and commercial matters
Assisting with entity formation, governance, and maintenance
Preparing and organizing corporate records, contracts, and closing documents
Coordinating signatures, filings, and due diligence
Working closely with in-house counsel and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience
Exposure to in-house legal teams and/or corporate law firms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
Preferred
Corporate and transactional paralegal support
In-house legal operations or exposure to in-house teams
Entity formation, governance, and corporate maintenance
Contract review, organization, and lifecycle management
M&A support, due diligence, and closing coordination
Corporate records, minute books, and document management
UCC and Secretary of State filings
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organization
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Comfortable collaborating with attorneys and business stakeholders
