They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to build relationships, shape hiring strategy, and attract exceptional engineering and technical talent while managing full-cycle recruiting and collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and team priorities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and corporate positions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, specialized talent
Build strong talent pipelines through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach
Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring recommendations
Guide hiring managers through best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance to first-day onboarding
Collaborate with HR and leadership on employer branding and talent initiatives
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, technical, or professional services environments
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and advise leaders
Proven success sourcing niche and hard-to-fill technical roles
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for talent strategy
