Temporary Front Desk Receptionist
Noble Hearts HR Consulting and Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join their team in Hilton Head, SC. The role involves providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities
Centralize scheduling for psychiatrists and other mental health professionals
Answer phones, process intakes, and make reminder calls
Manage mail, faxes, and client correspondence
Maintain office equipment, inventory, and client records
Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant with Medicaid, Medicare, QA, CARF, and HIPAA guidelines
Provide coverage for other staff during breaks or absences
Conduct annual client financial reviews and update insurance information
Manage accounts receivable, daily cash logs, and deposits
Import and update documents in EMR and CIS systems; handle corrections, charges, and collections
Encourage timely client payments and maintain accurate financial ledgers
Distribute compassionate medication and maintain medication logs
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Professional and detail-oriented
Organized and dependable
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in administrative support and client service
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, QA, CARF, and HIPAA guidelines
Ability to conduct client financial reviews and manage accounts receivable
Experience with EMR and CIS systems
Ability to maintain accurate financial ledgers
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide coverage for other staff during breaks or absences
