Responsibilities
Rotate through 5 core functional areas: HSE, Mining/Quality, Operations & Supply Chain, Maintenance, Parts, Inventory
Participate in hands-on training and shadowing across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends
Contribute to daily production, maintenance, lab, and shipping activities
Support plant safety inspections, quality testing, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement projects
Complete technical certifications (MSHA, Lean Basics)
Deliver a plant-wide capstone project with measurable business impact
Work collaboratively with plant operators, technicians, supervisors, and cross-functional leaders
Receive quarterly feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineer, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Environmental Science, or related field
Graduation within the last 0–2 years
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours/shifts
High level of initiative, teamwork, and safety awareness
Preferred
Previous internship, co-op, or leadership experience preferred
