Mid LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to join their ITSM team. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support both business and IT teams, primarily using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data primarily from ServiceNow but occasionally from other sources to identify trends and patterns
Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business and IT decision-making
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow application
Experience with IT Service Management Processes, such as Incident Management
