Run in-home “kitchen table” appointments with families who’ve already requested information
Listen, educate, and present clear solutions that help protect assets, legacies, and peace of mind
Close business in a consultative, one-call-close environment while maintaining trust and professionalism
Manage your own schedule, territory, and follow-up activity to hit your income goals
Qualification
Required
Experienced outside or in-home sales reps with a strong closing track record
Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-only role with high upside
Strong communicators who connect quickly at the kitchen table and genuinely care about families
Self-motivated, organized, and ready to follow a proven system while working independently
