Prepare construction documents, submittals, and close out documents for construction projects
Manage construction projects in the commercial and industrial markets
Work with clients, general contractors and engineers to assist with projects from conceptual design budgeting through completion
Qualification
Required
Skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager
Strong expertise in construction estimating
Expertise in project management
Expertise in contract negotiation
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Prepare detailed piping and plumbing estimates for use in bidding process
Prepare construction documents, submittals, and close out documents for construction projects
Manage construction projects in the commercial and industrial markets
Work with clients, general contractors and engineers to assist with projects from conceptual design budgeting through completion
