Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM
Assist squad members in solving technical challenges and provide guidance
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of objectives
Stay updated on Windchill PLM enhancements and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience in developing and implementing Windchill PLM solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile framework
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
Preferred
Experience with process improvements and best practices for Windchill PLM
Ability to train team members on new features and functionalities
Strong collaboration skills during technical design discussions and effort estimation
