Qualification
Required
Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Strong financial knowledge and exposure to financial planning or services
Proficient Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to work on-site within a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
State insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure within designated timelines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred, though not required
Demonstrated ability to engage with local communities and attend events as a company representative
