Responsibilities
Build trust with clients and gather information during difficult moments
Identify strong cases and assist attorneys in decision-making regarding case acceptance
Deliver an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of intake experience in a personal injury law firm
Strong communication skills and sound judgment
Comfort speaking with people during difficult moments
Preferred
Experience with Lead Docket and Filevine
Spanish fluency or sales experience is a plus, but not required
