Design and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines
Monitor data quality, pipeline health, and system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively
Manage and optimize databases
Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and auditing
Perform performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
Support schema design and data modeling efforts
Executing ad-hoc data cleanup and corrections
Partner with data engineers, analysts, and Clienthitects to design scalable data solutions
Provide guidance on best practices for data Clienthitecture, storage, and processing
Identify and resolve data infrastructure bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing across the team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data operations and database engineering
Strong foundation in SQL
Experience with ETL processes
Familiarity with cloud data platforms
Proactive mindset for identifying and resolving data bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Ability to design and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience in monitoring data quality, pipeline health, and system performance
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively
Experience in managing and optimizing databases
Knowledge of high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Experience in implementing and maintaining security policies, access controls, and auditing
Ability to perform performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
Support schema design and data modeling efforts
