Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program guidelines
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
At least 2 years of experience working with young children, preferably in a Head Start or preschool setting
A caring and patient approach, with strong communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and professionalism
