Administrative Assistant
Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to improve lives through home-based care. The role involves providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various clerical duties.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Manage and organize files, records, and documents
Transcribe, type, proofread, and edit documents
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualification
Required
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
