Gather and document functional business requirements
Conduct data analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) post-development
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
Work efficiently within an Agile/Scrum environment
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL and data query skills
Experience in building and managing databases
Ability to write clear technical specifications
Understanding of mortgage finance data
Strong problem-solving ability
Fast learner and self-starter
Excellent communication skills (business and technical context)
Team player with experience in Scrum methodology
Preferred

Strong oral communication
Liaison between Business and Tech Teams
Secondary mortgage domain knowledge
