Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Freemont Yardley Search is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to manage HR functions for approximately 350 diverse employees across two facilities. The role involves collaborating with managers on performance management, employee relations, and overseeing HR initiatives while leading a team of four direct reports.

Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership
Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local employment law
Analyze and report on trends related to HR metrics, initiatives, and practices
Clearly communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations
Work alongside the HR management team to implement strategic goals and continuously improve existing systems and processes
Take direct responsibility for internal Training and Development initiatives
Collaborate with peers to ensure successful hiring, benefits planning, compensation structures, payroll systems, and reporting
Manage the site-level HR Manager, serving as a liaison between the location and corporate office
Oversee employee relations initiatives and champion retention efforts
Maintain organizational charts
Partner with the Senior HR Manager to review and recommend changes to company policies and HR practices
Develop departmental and company goals related to turnover, safety, and productivity
Qualification
Required
10+ years of HR management experience, overseeing an HR department, with a preference for experience in a multi-state manufacturing environment
HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is required
Must have Visa program immigration experience for Visa program
Solid understanding of EHS and OSHA (MIOSHA)
Strong knowledge of health plans, risk management, workers' compensation, and compliance with state and federal employment laws (EEOC, FLSA, ERISA, OSHA, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree is preferred
