If you have experience working on heavy trucks, equipment, rental or leasing fleets, automobiles, forklifts, generators, motorcycles, or similar industries — and you bring your own tools, retain what you learn, and turn that knowledge into production — we can put you on a better career path with opportunities to grow across our dealership network

Previous experience and/or technical education in diesel trucks, heavy equipment, or vehicle repair

Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins is a plus

DTNA training is a major bonus

Your own set of tools, suitable for a diesel tech role

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and diagnostic software)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

A valid driver’s license and clean MVR; Class A CDL is preferred, not required

Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including some weekends and overtime
