Responsibilities
Driving Sales and providing excellent customer service and styling to our clients
Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Retail Sales Management
Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve all sales goals
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
