Qualification
Required
Provide high-level administrative support to CEO and Chairman/New Markets
Calendar management for executives
Aid executives in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Plan company-wide events, such as annual gatherings
Perform office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and basic bookkeeping
Coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates
Have initiative and take charge
Have tech savvy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Be well-organized and detail-oriented with great follow-up skills
Be resourceful and able to find information using Google
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
