Responsibilities

Use innovative strategies to actively source quality applicants for a range of roles

Communicate and ensure alignment between candidates and the company mission and values

Execute a social media marketing strategy to draw applicants across Indeed, Facebook and LinkedIn

Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Score applicants on a rubric aligned to the company's core values and skillset required for the role

Ensure candidates have the highest quality experience

Respond efficiently and rapidly to changing needs on the team

Support the Director of Talent in developing the talent strategic plan. Execute on the plan once designed

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are fully staffed with mission aligned and skilled personnel
