Responsibilities

Grow and manage interior design trade accounts and specification-based projects

Leverage and expand an existing network of designers, architects, and industry partners through proactive outreach, product presentations, and utilization of Tufenkian promotional materials

Advise clients on product selection, customization, pricing, and lead times

Build and maintain a deep knowledge of all Tufenkian products with an eagerness to learn as new developments occur

Manage the sales process from inquiry through delivery and installation

Deliver a refined, welcoming showroom experience

Prepare quotes, specifications, and sales documentation

Maintain CRM records and follow-up

Provide client and market feedback to design department and company leadership to help inform new production

Support showroom merchandising and presentation
