Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, manage onboarding, and provide strategic tax advice
Tax Preparation: Oversee individual (1040), trust (1041), partnership (1065), and S-Corp (1120S) filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Process Optimization: Standardize workflows, leverage technology to improve processes, and enhance the client experience
Cross-Training: Provide monthly training for advisory staff on tax strategies and tax law updates
Bookkeeping Services: Offer hourly bookkeeping and reconciliation services to support clients’ financial records
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years in tax preparation, including complex returns for families and business clients
Proficient in tax technology and software
Strong communication, analytical, and project management abilities
Preferred
Master's in Taxation or additional designations a plus
