Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office

Field current and prospective client calls

Proposal production and contract initiation

Process employee timesheets and assist with payroll data entry

Maintain various databases and spreadsheets

Order and maintain office supplies

Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files

Schedule appointments and coordinate service visits

Notify clients of scheduled applications and filing of necessary paperwork

Qualification

Required

Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively

Comfortable working in a high-volume, client-facing environment

Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems
