Account Executive
Talent Harbor is a 50+ year industry leader in fleet leasing, trusted by privately held businesses nationwide. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to grow their Houston market, focusing on building long-term client partnerships and designing customized fleet solutions.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close fleets (expected to move 50–75 units in the first 12 months) through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Deliver tailored proposals and educate clients on fleet lifecycle management
Onboard with a white-glove approach and maintain long-term relationships
Manage pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B, consultative sales experience (long-cycle value based selling)
Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communicator, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver's license & clean record
Preferred
Fleet/automotive background
Transferable network
Sales in industries using medium/large fleets (HVAC, Construction, Oil & Gas)
