ECommerce Sales Account Executive

Confidential company is seeking an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative in the ECommerce space. The role focuses on selling B2B SaaS products and involves understanding the technology platform, generating sales leads, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Learn/understand our technology platform including: an understanding of what our modules do (client side and admin) and how clients can use / leverage data to: manage accounts, drive online sales growth, improve product content, improve product offerings, enforce pricing policies, manage unauthorized sellers, along with a general understanding of our agency services offerings
Learn our platform’s value proposition, understand key selling points and create a company narrative to generate interest in prospects and develop solid business conversations and relationships
Leverage sales and industry best practices to identify and qualify our ideal clients
Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool – Salesforce
Weekly discussions with CEO to discuss sales funnel, develop territory and strengthen pipeline
Work closely with team members to promote smooth onboarding of new clients and continue to be a helpful resource to promote continued client satisfaction, engagement and retention
Work closely with VP of Operations on any contract negotiations
Travel as needed to prospect at markets, trade shows, and in-person client meetings
Maintain quarterly / yearly sales quotas

Required

3-8 years' experience in a revenue generating 'hunter' role, including demonstrated results in B2B Saas Based Products
Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading, persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting
No frequent job changers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success in managing all stages of sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Strong professional network, relationships in the following industries: home improvement, appliances, cosmetics, apparel, CPG, electronics, Shoes, and fragrances to help generate sales leads
Enthusiastic and self-starting, especially in a remote work environment
Experience with CRM's such as Salesforce
Ability to exercise strict client confidentiality
Self-motivated, respectful, honest, professional, hard-working and loyal team player
BS, BA degree or equivalent is required
