Qualification
Required
3+ years of production/customer management and administrative management
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors
Experience in production planning and production management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects
Proficiency in project management and excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with office management practices and administrative functions
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite is required
Preferred
Experience in flooring, home improvement and/or the trades industry is highly desirable
Quickbooks experience is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
