They are seeking a Founding Engineer to help design and build the core systems underpinning the platform, with responsibilities including full-stack service design, system architecture, and ensuring production reliability.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate full-stack services and customer-facing features from concept through production
Architect event-driven, highly available systems that handle financial workflows, state, and reconciliation
Build core primitives for ledgering, compliance workflows, and risk-aware transaction processing
Partner closely with customers to understand edge cases and iterate quickly
Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, correctness, and long-term scalability
Own production reliability for critical systems with zero tolerance for silent failure
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of experience building production systems in fintech, payments, or regulated infrastructure
Strong systems thinking and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces
Proficient in at least two of: TypeScript/Next.js, Go, Python, C#
Hands-on builder mindset — excited to ship, debug, and operate what you build
Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders and customers
