Human Resources Manager
CFS is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to identify a Human Resources Manager. This role will work closely with the management team to implement company culture and develop workforce strategies while advocating for employee retention and overseeing employee records.

Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
At least four years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with experience in a manufacturing environment
Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws
Proven ability to build rapport with all employees
Highly effective communication and leadership skills
