Director of Marketing
Undisclosed company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead integrated marketing strategy and execution to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role involves owning campaign strategy, channel performance, and go-to-market alignment while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Define integrated marketing strategy aligned to company and revenue goals
Own campaign roadmap, quarterly plans, budgets, and channel mix
Ensure strong positioning and messaging across touchpoints
Drive lead generation and pipeline via paid, lifecycle, content, events, and partners
Optimize paid search/social, email automation, SEO, conversion funnels, and retargeting
Partner with Sales to align on ICP, targets, lead management, and attribution
Oversee content strategy (blogs, case studies, landing pages, webinars, enablement)
Strengthen brand consistency across web, social, PR, and creative assets
Own reporting and performance metrics (MQL→SQL, CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV)
Run experimentation across messaging, creatives, landing pages, and nurture flows
Hire, coach, and develop marketers and/or agencies
Align with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success on launches and retention
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
Strong track record delivering measurable growth outcomes
Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot), analytics (GA/Looker/Tableau)
Paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and CMS tools (Webflow/WordPress)
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization
Owner mindset with strong execution discipline
Data-driven and comfortable with targets and accountability
Strong cross-functional collaborator
Preferred
B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or product-led growth experience
Experience with sales enablement and GTM launches
