Responsibilities
Oversee project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins, ensuring accurate data flow through company systems
Set up and maintain project budgets, contracts, and financial records in accounting and project management systems
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms, tax requirements, and timely collections
Partner with Project Managers on financial management, including subcontractor billing, supplier accounts, and change orders
Compile and analyze cost forecasts and budget-to-actual results to support informed project and management decisions
Coordinate subcontractor payments, verifying documentation and alignment with approved contracts and change orders
Support month-end close, reporting, and forecasting activities for assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
Experience with Microsoft products
Preferred
Project Accounting experience and/or Construction industry experience
