EdHike is a U.S.-based IT Solutions and Services company with operations in New Jersey and India. They are seeking a results-driven Sales Director – IT Solutions to lead and grow their business pipeline from India, focusing on B2B IT sales and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for U.S./Canada clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with delivery & marketing teams for proposals and demos
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Strong background in B2B IT sales in U.S. and Canada region
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Deep knowledge of technology solution selling
4–5 years in IT Solution Sales (U.S./Canada market preferred)
Strong understanding of ERP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital services
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
