They are seeking a Trainee Advocate and Mediator who will learn to advocate for people, provide support, and help resolve issues fairly. The role includes delivering information and advice, conducting workshops, and promoting the charity's mission.

Promote the charity, make BSL videos & social media posts
Go to meetings and speak about the work we do
Meet professionals and networking opportunities
Advice on Access to Work and Reasonable Adjustments
Provide workshops to professionals and the community
Qualification
Required
You use British Sign Language (BSL Level 2 or above)
Are D/deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deafblind
Hearing and have experience with sensory loss
You want to learn how to support others
You feel confident and want to take the lead
You want to learn new skills and help make things fair and inclusive
