Vice President of Marketing
The company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and drive scalable growth across acquisition, brand, and lifecycle. This role involves defining go-to-market strategy, managing performance and budgets, and leading a high-performing marketing organization.

Responsibilities
Define GTM strategy and integrated marketing plan aligned to revenue goals
Own positioning, messaging alignment, and launch strategy across channels
Manage budgets, channel mix, and performance targets
Scale lead and pipeline generation through paid, organic, content, events, and partners
Build lifecycle programs to improve activation, retention, and expansion
Strengthen attribution and funnel performance with RevOps and Sales leadership
Own brand strategy, creative direction, and communications (PR, content, thought leadership)
Ensure a consistent, differentiated presence across website, social, and campaigns
Own KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
Build forecasting models and experimentation frameworks for continuous improvement
Build and lead a high-performing marketing org (in-house + agency partners)
Create clear roles, processes, and standards for scalable execution
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years in marketing, including 5+ years leading marketing teams
Strong record of driving pipeline and revenue in growth environments
Preferred
Experience leading B2B SaaS marketing (including enterprise or PLG)
