Director of Product Management
Undisclosed company is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution across multiple product lines. This role focuses on driving outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating business goals into impactful product decisions.

Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to company objectives
Identify opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and data insights
Drive prioritization frameworks and tradeoff decisions with stakeholders
Lead discovery, requirements, and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
Own product rituals: PRDs, backlog management, launch readiness, post-launch iteration
Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes across initiatives
Establish tight feedback loops through interviews, usability testing, and support insights
Track competitive landscape, positioning, and differentiation opportunities
Define success metrics (activation, retention, conversion, ARR, NPS) and drive improvements
Run experimentation and continuous optimization across the funnel
Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Mentor PMs and build consistent product practices and standards
Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on launches and enablement
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PMs or product areas
Strong record of shipping products that improved measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication and prioritization skills in complex environments
Product analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA), dashboards (Looker/Tableau), experimentation
Strong understanding of agile delivery, product discovery, and product lifecycle management
Customer-first with strong product judgment
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
Collaborative, structured, and highly accountable
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, data-heavy platforms, or API/platform products
Experience with monetization or pricing/packaging initiatives
