InternVisionary Solutions of Virginia is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support the Director with volunteer onboarding, administration, and lifecycle management. The role ensures that volunteers are onboarded efficiently and engaged in meaningful work aligned with organizational needs.

Responsibilities
Manage volunteer onboarding, documentation, portfolios, and lifecycle tracking
Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, facilitating communication and escalating matters to the Deputy Director as appropriate
Coordinate training, scheduling, feedback, recognition, and retention efforts
Track volunteer engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness, recommending process improvements as needed
Support recruitment activities and assist with internal templates or documentation, including limited web-related support when applicable
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with coordination or volunteer management
Comfort with documentation and basic digital tools
Proactive, reliable approach
