Responsibilities

Develop and optimize embedded software for industrial machinery using C/C++ or C# programming languages
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate software with hardware components such as Fanuc controllers, CNC machines, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Write, test, and troubleshoot code for CNC programming, CAM programming, and automation systems
Support the configuration and calibration of factory equipment including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, and other fabrication tools
Assist in the development of user interfaces and control systems for manufacturing equipment
Conduct software validation and debugging to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Document technical specifications, code changes, and system configurations clearly for future reference

Required

Proven experience in software development within medical devices manufacturing sector is must
Strong knowledge of C/C++ or C# programming languages with practical application in industrial environments
Familiarity with Fanuc robotics, CNC programming (including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes), and automation control systems
Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Understanding of machining processes including stamping presses, fabrication techniques, tooling setup, welding, and materials handling
Knowledge of quality control tools like calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAM programming tools, and factory automation hardware such as press brakes or CNC machines
Ability to interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics accurately; previous warehouse or factory experience is a plus
