BIM/Revit Designer

Responsibilities
Support BIM/Revit projects, including all aspects of modeling, clash detection, and compliance
Create and maintain accurate, detailed 3D Revit models
Work effectively in an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment on multidisciplinary Revit models
Participate in multidisciplinary project meetings and support digital delivery initiatives
Review and interpret electrical markups provided by engineers
Model electrical equipment, including but not limited to, conduits, trays, switchgear, and develop custom Revit families
Update and refine 3D Revit models based on written or verbal instructions from engineers
Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
Collaborate with the team to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and project standards
Coordinate and manage BIM model development throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific BIM protocols
Implement best practices for Revit modeling to enhance efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with engineers and drafters to integrate design changes into BIM models
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless BIM integration in workflows
Output engineering drawings and apply project title block information
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Ability to work well under pressure and meet client deadlines
Associate Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling Management, or a similar program
Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
BIM/Revit Designer: Associate degree and 3+ years of Revit experience supporting multidisciplinary BIM projects
Senior BIM/Revit Designer: Bachelor's Degree and 7-10+ years of Revit/BIM experience, including leading coordination, model QA/QC, and implementing BIM standards
Preferred
AutoCAD experience is a plus
ACC/BIM 360 environment preferred
