Future Opportunities: Outplacement Services Engagement Manager (Contract, Remote)
Killeen Group is seeking a seasoned Outplacement Services Engagement Manager to support future opportunities during workforce transitions. This contract role is responsible for managing client-facing outplacement engagements and ensuring a high-quality experience for both corporate clients and impacted employees.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations during outplacement engagements
Manage multiple concurrent engagements on a contract basis
Coordinate and oversee career coaches, resume writers, and transition specialists
Conduct intake sessions and align participants with appropriate support resources
Track participant engagement, progress, and outcomes
Provide clear, professional updates and reporting to client stakeholders
Ensure consistent service quality, discretion, and professionalism throughout engagements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in outplacement, career transition services, executive coaching, HR consulting, or related fields
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships in sensitive or high-change environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
Preferred
Experience supporting restructurings, RIFs, or M&A-driven workforce transitions
Experience working with executive or senior-level participants
Background in executive search or leadership advisory services
