Implement policies, procedures and best practices for operations
Review and monitor sales and service performances
Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals

Required

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families
Ability to establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services
Experience in hiring qualified hospice personnel
Ability to implement policies, procedures and best practices for operations
Experience in reviewing and monitoring sales and service performances
Ability to support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent
Dynamic leadership skills
Ability to communicate clearly and establish effective relationships with team members
Strong organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others
Administrative Management experience of 2 years
Health related industry experience of 2 years
Bachelor's Degree or preferred Bachelor's or master's Degree in a health-related field
Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Preferred

Preferred experience in customer relations and clinical development
