Responsibilities
Lead physical trading operations across Light Ends, Middle Distillates, Heavy Ends, and Derivatives, ensuring efficiency, risk management, and profitability
Develop and execute scalable trading frameworks, integrating storage, logistics, and digital tools for forecasting and real-time decision-making
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into measurable trading outcomes, KPIs, and performance standards
Oversee multi-billion-dollar trading positions and infrastructure projects, including cross-border logistics and storage expansion
Build and mentor high-performance trading teams, fostering accountability, discipline, and innovation
Provide insights and reporting to investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership, showcasing market intelligence and trading performance
Qualification
Required
Senior executive experience as Head of Trading, COO, or EVP of Operations in major energy companies
Proven track record managing large-scale physical commodity trading operations, including LNG, crude oil, refined products, and derivatives
Expertise in regional regulations, risk frameworks, and logistics networks
Experience scaling trading operations globally and driving transformational change
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, leadership, and execution skills
Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
