Recruiting Specialist & General Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy that align with both immediate business needs and long-term global expansion plans
Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple roles across departments
Partner with hiring manager and Sr. HR Manager to understand organizational goals and design proactive, scalable talent strategies
Create and update job descriptions and role profiles
Post job openings on internal and external job boards
Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/Teams interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
Build and optimize interview processes for speed and efficiency
Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate reporting
Serve as strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent planning, market insights, and recruitment best practices
Track, analyze, and share key recruiting metrics, performance indicators, and pipeline health to inform decisions and drive accountability
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and orientation
Maintain and update employee records in ADP
Manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple teams and time zones
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep processes aligned
Help coordinate performance review cycles and training programs
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
Respond to general HR-related inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources
Support workplace culture, and wellness initiatives as needed
Experience with benefits programs a plus
Support in running payroll in ADP
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of combined experience in recruitment and HR support
Minimum 3+ years as a technical recruiter preferably with technology companies
Familiarity with ADP WorkForceNow
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High degree of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
Preferred
Preferred experience with Fortune 500 companies
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus
