They are seeking a part-time, commission-only Marketing Sales Representative to sell their services, providing leads and support for those who are driven and eager to earn supplemental income.

Responsibilities
Work and follow up with warm leads provided by Revvia
Sell Revvia’s Fractional CMO and marketing solutions with clarity and confidence
Make outbound and inbound phone calls; build rapport quickly
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Use phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and in-erp to move deals forward
Collaborate weekly with the team in our Wednesday meeting
Qualification
Required
Hungry & Coachable: Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person
A Natural Go-Getter: You don't need someone watching you to perform
Comfortable on the Phone: You'll be talking to business owners daily
High Integrity: You communicate honestly and set proper expectations
Self-Managed: You can prioritize your time and follow up consistently
Goal Driven: You want to increase your income by closing deals—not by clocking hours
Local: Able to attend our Wednesday meeting in Carlsbad
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
